Exporting Klaviyo List Data for a Profile Report

Choosing a List

For a profile report, please choose the List that is being populated via your e-commerce integration (BigCommerce, Shopify, etc.). If you are unfamiliar which List that might be, please check the settings of your e-commerce integration by clicking “Integrations” in the left-hand side menu.

Exporting a List or Segment

Note: If you find this process out-of-date, please click here to refer to Klaviyo’s documentation. Once you get to the screen prompting for field selection, please skip to the “Required Fields” section below.

Click the “Lists and segments” link on the left-hand side of the menu.

Search for the List being populated via your e-commerce integration (BigCommerce, Shopify, etc.). Click the name of the List.

On the upper right-hand side of the screen, there is a “Manage List” dropdown. Click to expand and click the “Export to CSV” link. You’ll be directed to a field selection / Export Review page.

Please see the following section on which fields are required.

Required Fields

When prompted by Klaviyo to select the fields to export, please choose the following nine (9) fields:

  • Email
  • Klaviyo ID
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Address
  • Adress 2
  • City
  • State / Region
  • Zip Code
