What You’ll Need to Get Started
An individual with access to your Attentive account.
Granting Access
Note: If you find the process below is out of date, please refer to Attentive’s documentation.
On the bottom left-hand side menu, click the “Settings” link.
When the screen loads, navigate to “User Management” and click the yellow “Add User Account” on the top-right.
When “Add User Account” is clicked, a form will pop-up. Please include the following details:
- First Name: LaunchPad
- Last Name: Production
- Email Address: production@launchpadasap.com
- Phone Number: 8456276600
Click “Add User” to complete the process.
